Death Trooper Helmet
A life-sized replica helmet of the infamous Imperial Death Trooper, also known as AWR Trooper!
Helmets are 3D printed with PLA, designed and painted by cosplayers, for cosplayers! Other materials, such as ABS and TPU are available upon request, but may occur additional material charges.
Helmets are true-to-size and designed to fit a 24.5in/62cm head circumference. If you think your head requires additional sizing, please leave it in your customization notes or send me a message directly.
DIY kits come straight from the printers and as such, may contain minor surface irregularities such as blemishes or layer lines. These prints do not have any preliminary work done and will require you to sand, assemble, and paint yourself.
Sanded and primed kits come assembled, sanded, filled, and primed, leaving a smooth, polished surface, ready for painting. There may be slightly red residue leftover from the spot putty filler, but worry not! That is a normal part of the smoothing process to hide the plastic layer lines on the surface. The helmet is assembled largely with CA glue, with epoxy or E6000 available if a stronger bond is requested.
All finished helmets are ready-to-wear and include a green-tinted visor, free-of-charge. Interior padding or different-colored visors are available at an extra charge.
The optional neuro scanner can be made to be permanently affixed to the helmet, or easily separatable via neodymium magnets from inside the helmet.

All helmets are made-to-order and, depending on the backlog, may take up to a month of processing time to complete. Expect to wait longer during busy seasons (such as Halloween, Christmas, or convention seasons) or if there are complex designs or patterns. If time is of the essence, a rush job may be requested to push your helmet up in the priority list if it is possible.
