Custom Gunslinger Mandalorian Helmet

A fully-personalized and custom-made Mandalorian Gunslinger helmet!

Helmets are 3D printed with PLA, designed and painted by cosplayers, for cosplayers! Other materials, such as ABS and TPU are available upon request, but may occur additional material charges.

Helmets are true-to-size and designed to fit a 24in/60cm head circumference. If you think your head requires additional sizing, please leave it in your customization notes or send me a message directly.

As the helmet is based off of Boba Fett, helmet variants with the dent on the left side of the dome and dimple on the right cheek are available upon request.

DIY kits come straight from the printers and as such, may contain minor surface irregularities such as blemishes or layer lines. These prints do not have any preliminary work done and will require you to sand, assemble, and paint yourself.

Sanded and primed kits come assembled, sanded, filled, and primed, leaving a smooth, polished surface, ready for painting. There may be slightly red residue leftover from the spot putty filler, but worry not! That is a normal part of the smoothing process to hide the plastic layer lines on the surface. The helmet is assembled largely with CA glue, with epoxy or E6000 available if a stronger bond is requested.

All painted helmets are ready-to-wear and include a black visor free-of-charge. Interior padding and color-tinted or metallic visors can be included at an extra cost.

The optional visor attachment can be made to be permanently affixed around the helmet, or separatable via neodymium magnets.
