Helmets are true-to-size and designed to fit a 24in/60cm head circumference. If you think your head requires additional sizing, please leave it in your customization notes or send me a message directly.
DIY kits come straight from the printers and as such, may contain minor surface irregularities such as blemishes or layer lines. These prints do not have any preliminary work done and will require you to sand, assemble, and paint yourself.
Sanded and primed kits come assembled, sanded, filled, and primed, leaving a smooth, polished surface, ready for painting. There may be slightly red residue leftover from the spot putty filler. That's a normal part of the smoothing process to hide the plastic layer lines on the surface. The helmet is assembled largely with CA glue, with epoxy or E6000 available if a stronger bond is requested. The magnets for the faceplate are NOT included with this option.
All painted helmets are ready-to-wear and include embedded neodymium magnets for the separable faceplate. The faceplate is NOT transparent so removing it is necessary to see. Interior padding can be made available upon request.

All helmets are made-to-order and, depending on the backlog, may take up to a month of processing time to complete. Expect to wait longer during busy seasons (such as Halloween, Christmas, or convention seasons) or if there are complex designs or patterns. If time is of the essence, a rush job may be requested to push your helmet up in the priority list if it is possible.
